Nothing has taught me purpose and patience quite like becoming a mother, but becoming a yogi is a very close second.
My journey took a transformative turn when I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, an experience that not only deepened my practice but also fundamentally reshaped the way I move through the world.
Yoga has become more than a physical discipline for me; it is a lens through which I approach life with greater presence, empathy, and alignment. This shift has influenced how I show up in my relationships, my work, and my leadership.
It has led me to pursue not just meaningful work but purposeful work that is rooted in authenticity, connection, and intention.
At the heart of purposeful work lies purposeful communication.
